Tally Disclaimer and information: The data in this spreadsheet is simply taken from my copies of your annual statements that you received. You get them in the mail contractually, I do not. These companies no longer mail them to brokers we must access them on their websites. I may need your help to alert me that I need to access updated data, as you have already experienced. But sometimes I enter data for the tally based on what I have been told for our convenience but that is not verifiable and you hold me harmless for the accurancy, which you agree to when you click the "view" button.. I have collected this data below for my own time management needs, (legally). I am sharring my tally or your accounts, with you for your convenience only. There is a line or row, "Last Data update by Fulton" which may help you, how recent the data is. I make lots of mistakes including by not limited to typos doing data entry. Therefore, it can not be relied on for accuracy and precision, so do not use it yourself for financial analysis, calculations, goal setting or decision making purposes, without first confirming the information on your annual statements or discussing it with me over the phone, so I can share possible updates. Although having said that, it should become more and more accurate as time goes on. When you receive 11th month re-allocation letters and annual statements, if you do not receive an update from me, then you alerting me will help me to know to access the updated data, and publish an updated tally. This data is manually entered by me, and not electronically transfered or plugged or downloaded through automation, on a common platform, but soon I could be having this all done with "AI" but right now, just me. LOL regarding "AI." If you elect to view this tally, you understand that it is done only on a best-efforts basis. You agree to hold me harmless for any data entry mistakes, of a breakdown in communication caused by direct view of the tally, on your own while not in a conversation with me.
