The purpose and objectives of my corporation FFC, as a “for profit” company, are hopefully self-evident existing for the sole purpose of selling and servicing financial planning products and originating Reverse Mortgages.
Since its inception FFC has sold or closed and installed over ten thousand product/program transactions. These are including Insurance Policies, Annuities and Mortgages which was for all the commissions or income fees that were generally paid to FFC directly from the institutions it placed that business with. The primary purpose for FFC servicing these accounts is for long term account retention which is today the core business objective of FFC. The ongoing income they provide is the funding source for my (Robert Fulton the FFC president) ongoing income. This book of business may be my main financial asset and I consider it very precious. Therefore the primary purpose FFC has for the publishing of this website is not for acquisition of new business, but to provide financial planning knowledge and product specific knowledge to existing customers.
This is to help them understand the value of holding these accounts in their portfolios, and to know when these accounts are no longer appropriate for them. Again, the objective here is that of account retention, which protects clients from loses and helps protect and build FFC's book of business.
