FFC (Fulton Financial Consultants, Inc.) expanded its services to include being a mortgage broker in 1998 and since then I (Robert Fulton) have closed over 1000 mortgage refinances for clients. I have also closed over 250 home purchase transactions, one of my main ways of getting new clients. This mortgage/loan business was placed or spread out among at least 50 lenders. A semi complete electronic loan file helps me be more accurate quoting, making less assumptions, this can save you time, hassle and even money by not paying for an appraisal with one bank and then needing to make a change to a different lender. So know I ask a lot of questions upfront and need copies of you current mortgage statement.

If you do not then that means that someone else will need to do that for you on your behalf, and your best interest may not be their main focus.
